This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by Users connecting to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the User’s operating system and computer environment. This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning, and is deleted immediately after processing. This primarily concerns information necessary to provide the User with the requested goods or services, or to contact the User in response to a request for information.

Personal data automatically placed on Users’ computers (“Cookies”)

Easydom may arrange for the storage of certain personal data of the User on their computer. These are text files called ‘cookies,’ which allow Easydom to facilitate visitors’ navigation on the Site. Furthermore, when registration is required through the assignment of a User ID and password, Users are allowed to choose to have these saved so they do not have to type them during subsequent accesses. This is also achieved through the installation of a cookie on the User’s computer.
With almost all Internet browsers, it is possible to check which cookies are present on the PC, block all cookies, or receive a warning every time a cookie is installed. It should be noted, however, that in some cases, the failure to install a cookie may result in the inability to use certain parts of the Site.
Cookies are distinguished into “session cookies” and “persistent cookies”: the former, once downloaded, are deleted upon closing the browser; the latter, instead, are stored on the User’s hard drive until their expiration. “First-party cookies” are readable only by the domain that created them; “third-party cookies” are created and readable by domains external to this site. No personal data of users is acquired by the site. No use is made of first-party cookies for the transmission of personal information, nor are so-called persistent cookies used for tracking users.
Easydom uses session cookies, which do not allow for the acquisition of the User’s personal identification data and are not stored on the User’s computer, for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to monitor its correct functioning; these cookies are deleted immediately after processing.
Third-party cookies are created to generate usage statistics, for example through Google Analytics. The data generated by these cookies are stored at Google Inc.

If cookies are accepted, it is nonetheless always possible to delete them later. For example, in Internet Explorer 11, cookies can be deleted using the following procedure:

  • Click on “Tools,” then select “Internet Options”;
  • In the “General” tab, under “Browsing history,” click the “Delete” button;
  • In the displayed popup window, select the checkbox next to “Cookies” and click the “Delete” button.

Instructions for deleting cookies in other browsers are available in the browser’s own privacy policy. If cookies are deleted, the settings and preferences controlled by them, including advertising preferences, will be deleted and may need to be recreated.

The information generated by the cookie about the use of the site (including the anonymous IP address) is transmitted to and stored on Google’s servers in the United States. Google uses this information for the purpose of examining the use of the Site, compiling reports on activities, and providing other services. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the aforementioned information on Google’s behalf.
