Accessible configuration with Tess Progressive Web App
The Tess gateway is configurable via a Progressive Web App (PWA), which represents a step forward in efficiency and flexibility in system configuration: the PWA is compatible with a wide range of devices, ensuring a smooth experience on any platform.
To access the PWA Tess simply scan the QR Code that comes with the gateway – nothing could be easier. The Easydom Tess offers a seamless configuration experience without the need for an active internet connection, giving the installer maximum flexibility on unfinished, connected sites.
Installation and configuration in a few simple steps
1. Connects and powers
Install and connect the devices, then supply power. A steady light appears on the devices, signalling the correct electrical connection.
2. Pair the devices
Click the Associate button in the app and press the buttons on the devices. A flashing light signals that they are in paring mode* and the app will populate the list in the Zigbee section.
3. Configure devices
Choose a device from the list, and assign a call sign and location. This step enables clear identification and facilitates room management.

By installing Stark and configuring the system with the Progressive Web App, Easydom Tess will take care of everything, providing maximum control and comfort at a single touch.
Thanks to the combination of the Easydom Tess gateway and the Easydom Stark civil series, you no longer have to worry about diverters, inverters or complex modules. With a single light point, multiple controls can be easily managed, reducing the number of cables, pipes and building works. A single lighting point can be connected and controlled from multiple points thanks to AI.

Customisation and assistance
With Tess, the user can create and customise environments and icons for a tailor-made interface. But that’s not all: the user can also enjoy direct remote assistance, thanks to the generation of a code from the app. This code becomes the direct bridge to the installer who can access the system, offering immediate and targeted support.

Access to the heart of advanced configuration with Easydom Tess is exclusive to certified installers. This targeted selection guarantees the highest competence and precision in installation management.
